When deemed necessary, Client and Humansociety enter into Terms of Services Agreement.
- ● Service a Search Strategy
Using specific industry know-how and reputation, Humansociety identifies, scouts and recruits Top Talent as potential Candidates.
- ● Qualification Examination and Experience Inquiry
Once Candidates are identified, background checks and initial investigation are made to determine Right Person to fulfill Client expectations.
- ● Introduction and Interview
Once suitable and proper Candidates are scouted, our search firm will present the Client with a range of possible Candidates. Introduction and Interviews will be set up based on Client needs.

The final decision tends to be the most difficult part of the process, here Humansociety has excelled as we are able to identify the crucial variables in order to close the deal.
